That’s all neurofeedback is: an optional, drug-free add-on to your therapy — never a replacement for it, and never the main event.
I’m Dr. Samuel. I’m one of very few clinicians in BC who can offer neurofeedback alongside deep trauma therapy. I’ve used it as a support where it matters most — veterans’ PTSD, stubborn anxiety, ADHD, and chronic insomnia — always paired with real counselling so the change holds. For some clients it’s a powerful addition; for many, therapy alone is enough, and that’s perfectly fine.
