I became a therapist because I know what it means to carry things quietly. I’ve sat with people who survived war, displacement, and trauma I’ve witnessed firsthand in refugee camps and veterans’ clinics across three countries. And I’ve sat with people who feel they have no “good reason” to feel the way they do. Both matter equally to me.

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), with a Doctorate in Health Sciences (LMCC & FSMB-verified in Canada and the USA) and a Post-doctoral Master’s in Counselling Psychology. I work with 50+ active clients at Fraser Health Authority and have spent 10+ years specializing in Trauma & PTSD. As an Iranian-Canadian clinician, I understand deeply what it means to navigate cultural identity, family dynamics, and the weight of immigration. You won’t need to explain yourself to me.

I’m one of very few therapists in BC who combines Neurofeedback brain-training with therapy — offering lasting results for anxiety, ADHD, sleep disorders, and PTSD.
